Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags attached. Final-sale items, altered garments, and intimate apparel are excluded from returns.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team within the return window with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.

3. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not process direct exchanges. If you require a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
